Sprint Mart is a state-of-the-art fuel and retail facility that Century Construction is very proud to have been able to construct. Open to invited bidders only, the 7,000 square foot facility is one of the largest computerized fueling facilities in the state, containing everything from food service to camera surveillance. The diesel fueling side of the facility has the ability to pump 50 gallons per minute on each station and also has 8 diesel fueling pumps located in the gasoline positions. The gasoline fueling facility contains 16 fueling positions that can all be initiated simultaneous. Coordination of the installation of fuel tanks, piping and electrical to enable these functions was a challenge but Century successfully completed these installations under the time frame set by the owner, allowing the facility to become operable, yielding a considerable amount of profit by the owner. It is for these reasons that our company has been invited to bid on other projects with the same company.

Tri-State Truck Center is a 30,000 square foot Mack dealership with integrated service areas and parts storage. With approximately 9 months from start of design to construction completion, this project was fast-tracked while still including extensive owner involvement in the design and construction process. Clean lines and tall front elevation give this building excellent presence. Sales have increased at their Tupelo location since moving into the new building.
