Ferrousouth Metal Building Expansion

Iuka, Mississippi

Ferrousouth was a large industrial building containing 20,000 sq. ft. with 45 ft. eave heights and 26 ft. to 32 ft. pilings. The building has major foundation footings with 10 inch structural concrete flooring. The structure had to be within 1/8 tolerances to allow for a 40 ton double girder crane rail system. This building was completed on time and under budget. The architect and owner were pleased with Century Construction on a job well done.

Omega Motion

Saltillo, Mississippi

Omega Motion is a large industrial facility that is constantly changing. Century Construction has been involved in many projects to help the growth of their industry. The latest of these was a new concrete parking area that stretched over approximately 45,000 square feet and required extensive site and drainage work. The entire project was completed the entire project in a matter of weeks, allowing the facility to remain operable. Century has been invited to pursue upcoming projects with Omega Motion.
