Colin Maloney

The construction business has been a staple in Colin Maloney's family for generations. His great grandfather, D.L. Collums, built the original Sears, Roebuck, and Company in Tupelo, Miss., in 1967. Colin's mother and father were also involved in real estate and development for most of their lives. While working with his father in their family-owned glass shop (Creative Glass), Colin began exploring the real estate and development industry. A seasoned veteran in both construction and real estate, Colin founded Century Construction in 1997.

Branyan Johnson

Branyan Johnson is Vice President of Century Construction & Realty. A graduate of the University of Mississippi with a degree in business administration, Branyan has been with Century Construction since November 2001, performing project management and estimating duties.

Duke Loden

Duke Loden serves as a Director/Broker for Century Construction & Realty. Since beginning work in Tupelo in February of 1998, Duke has assisted dozens of clients with office, retail, and industrial real estate needs in Northeast Mississippi. Prior to coming to Tupelo he served as the economic development executive for Dyersburg, Tenn., Madison County, Miss., and Union County, Miss.

Eric Maloney

Eric Maloney is a Demolition Superintendent for Century. Eric attended both Mississippi College and Mississippi State University and has been involved with many aspects of construction and property development for over a decade. He is licensed by the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality and is a seasoned inspector, contractor, and supervisor specializing in asbestos removal. With a background that includes custom building, portable and metal buildings as well as dirt work and concrete, Eric's work for Century Construction ensures that all projects adhere to both construction and environmental quality standards.

Brandie Conlee

Brandie Conlee is a Real Estate Agent and Property Manager for Century Construction & Realty. A graduate of the University of Mississippi, Brandie earned a degree in marketing and has worked in sales, customer service and management.

Larry Eaves

Larry Eaves is a General Superintendent/Project Manager at Century Construction & Realty where he manages all field work and assists other staff with current projects. After an extensive career as a construction superintendent, he joined Century Construction in 2003.

Clay Evans

Clay Evans is an Estimator/Project Manager for Century Construction & Realty. He is charged with the task of identifying projects for bid, ordering plans, bidding projects, and managing projects from start to finish. He is a graduate of Mississippi State University.

Harrison Gregory

Harrison Gregory is a Civil Construction Estimator for Century Construction & Realty. He worked for MendropWages Engineering for four years, starting out as crew chief and working up to management over five survey crews. Harrison performs project management and estimating duties and manages the civil division of the company. Harrison graduated from Marion Military Institute and from Northeast Mississippi Community College with an associate's degree in Civil Engineering Technology.

Shawn Wallace

Shawn Wallace is a CADD Operator for Century Construction & Realty. With a background in drafting and design technology, Shawn designs functional drawings to assist with construction projects.

Laura Williams

Laura was hired in 2007 as Executive Assistant to Colin Maloney. Since that time, she has become a LEED Accredited Professional and is working as Century Construction’s green building representative. Before joining the Century Construction team, Laura attended the University of Alabama where she graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences.

Blake Hoover

Blake is the receptionist for Century Construction and also handles Accounts Payables for Century’s development companies. She is an honor graduate of Tupelo High School and attended the University of Mississippi where she studied Art and Archeology.

Cory Dewett

Cory is an Estimator/Project Manager for Century Construction & Realty. Identifying projects for bid, estimating costs and materials, bidding projects, and managing projects from start to finish are some of the tasks he is responsible for. He is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a degree in Management of Construction and Real Estate.

Blake Southward

Blake Southward is the Service and Fleet Coordinator and Assistant Equipment Manager. He is responsible for the maintenance and service for all of Century’s equipment. He also assists in the coordination of equipment and trucking needs that apply to all Century jobs. He graduated from Mississippi State University with a degree in Construction Management and Land Development.

Julia Gilfert

Julia handles payroll and job costs for Century Construction. She has over 20 years experience in payroll, job cost, and accounting. She completed business courses at both Itawamba Community College and the University of Mississippi.

Marietta Sturgeon

Marietta is the Human Resources Coordinator for Century Construction and Realty, Inc. She is responsible for coordinating benefits being offered to all employees including Health/Dental Insurance and 401K. Marietta handles all first injury reports for Worker’s Compensation and is aggressive in keeping work injury related events to a minimum. With over 10 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist in the engineering field, Marietta joined Century Construction in 2004.

Lorie Priest

Lorie is the Accounts Payable Manager at Century Construction. She graduated from South Pontotoc High school and attended Itawamba Community College at Fulton. She has been doing accounts payable for 7 years.

John Evers

John Evers is the Controller for Century Construction & Realty. He is a CPA with over 14 yrs of experience in the accounting field. John’s education includes a bachelor’s degree in business and an MPA.

Allison Wood

Allison Wood is the Assistant to Project Managers for Century Construction & Realty. She assists the Project Managers with bid preparation, permits and licensing, subcontracts, submittals, and various other aspects of project management. Allison is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a degree in Mathematics and Statistics and has been with the company since 2006.
